Dining on the seasonal foods of the region is a focus of the cuisine at Zingara. As we are based on organic principles with companion planting in our gardens we are spray free. We also source the highest quality meat and produce from our suppliers.
We specialize in New Zealand foods with our own hot smoked salmon (New York Times Cuisine Magazine) or if you catch a trout we will hot smoke this with our secret recipe.

Specialities include NZ venison,beef and lamb dishes .

Sharon's muffin recipe has gone around the world with our international guests.

Savour the unique flavours added to the food from the herb garden. All food is prepared and created conscious of your health using gold medal NZ olive and avocado oil.

We can cater for all dietary requirements.

 

Wine 

We are one of the best Pinot Noir regions of the world .We provide the pick of our local wines and match them to your food. We also have a large selection of NZ wines to suit your palette.

Cardrona Terrace Estate produces Pinot Noir, Riesling and Pinot Rose. Our winemakers are Dan and Sarah-Kate Dineen of the Maude Winery, Wanaka.

As we are a small boutique vineyard wine is only available to our guests or by mail order.

Relax, unwind and enjoy the flavours of Central Otago amidst our spectacular surroundings. Dining in the dining room or alfresco on our many outdoor decks or the enclosed herb planted courtyard.
