Dining on the seasonal foods of the region is a focus of the cuisine at Zingara. As we are based on organic principles with companion planting in our gardens we are spray free. We also source the highest quality meat and produce from our suppliers. We specialize in New Zealand foods with our own hot smoked salmon (New York Times Cuisine Magazine) or if you catch a trout we will hot smoke this with our secret recipe.
Specialities include NZ venison,beef and lamb dishes .
