• Room rates $525- $650 - $895 Rates are per room per night based on a double/twin share, and includes breakfast. Contact hosts directly for seasonal discounted rates and multiple night bookings. 
• 5 star accommodation members contact us directly for rates.
• Dinner available on request. Three courses $80-$100 per person including wine.
• Light lunch/picnic hamper available extra.
• Ski season special rates available on request for multiple nights. - stay six nights pay for five.
• Single party exclusive booking of the lodge, please contact the hosts direct for special terms and rates
• Single party booking includes the use of our 4WD 7 seater vehicle. 
• Includes complimentary pick up and drop off - Queenstown or Wanaka airport.

RESERVATION CONDITIONS

Rates are per room and in New Zealand dollars and include a NZ Government goods and services tax (gst) of 12.5%.

Non Smoking: The health and well being of guests is uppermost in our Lodge, therefore we have a non smoking policy that applies to all our indoor areas.

Child policy: We intend our guests enjoy rest, relaxation and rejuvenation of their spirit while staying with us. Children are welcome when they are with a single group booking the exclusive use of the Lodge. We have extra rollaway beds / portable cots; if your child shares your room; then there is no extra charge.

Deposit: Zingara at Cardrona Terrace Estate is a small exclusive lodge To secure your reservation, current credit card details; the number of the card with the expiry date is required to confirm your reservation. 25% is required 2weeks before your visit and the remainder on arrival.

Cancellation Policy: Because we are small and exclusive cancellations affect us greatly. A cancellation within thirty days of your confirmed reservation will incur a charge of one nights tariff. A cancellation less than seven days from the reservation will incur a charge for the period booked. We will endeavour to fill the room or rooms and if successful will refund the charge to you.
As is common practice when traveling, we strongly advise guests to have Travel Insurance cover to protect themselves against unexpected changes to their travel plans

Rates Validity: Rates quoted are valid till February 28th 2009, we do reserve the right to amend these rates without notice. Please confirm the applicable rates at the time of booking.

Payment Details: Please note your booking request will be guaranteed only with receipt of your credit card number, with expiration date and your receipt of our confirmation verification.
